Service Description

This class is designed for players with prior volleyball experience that are ready to move beyond basic skills and sharpen their all-around volleyball skill set. Players will train at a higher pace with an emphasis on proper technique, game-speed reps and decision-making. Advanced ball control, serving and serve receive, attacking mechanics, defensive positioning, consistency all in a positive, motivating environment.
